What is Menopause Yoga?

Created by Petra Coveney, Menopause Yoga reframes the menopause as an opportunity for self-insight and empowerment. For decades the menpause as been thought of as taboo and as a result many women have suffered in silence. It has always been framed as a time of ending. Menopause Yoga teaches Menopause as a transition, a positive journey into your power. It’s a deeper understanding of yourself, one that can inform the decisions you make about your body.

Who can practice Menopause Yoga?

Menopause yoga has been designed for all women. Every journey to menopause is a unique one, Menopause Yoga is suitable for women in all stages of Peri-menopause, Menopause and Post Menopause. It is an inclusive space where all women are welcome to come together and share the beautiful journey that is Menopause.
