A Women’s Wellbeing Workshop

2-4pm

A combination of Pilates and Yoga.

Strength & Stillness.

Join me for two hours dedicated to being a women.

I love to combine Yoga and Pilates because they represent everything needed to create a strong body and a strong mind.

During this workshop we will spend time working on our physical strength with a controlled strength focused class of pilates, before moving onto a yoga flow designed to enhance body awareness and flexibility, before ending with an extended guided rest.

We’ll move with strength, rest with intention and leave with inner clarity.

Your booking* includes pilates, yoga and guided rest + plus light snacks and a goodie bag to take home.

*Studio address is 99 Fengate, Peterborough PE1 5BA.

The studio is fully equipped with mats, blocks and bolsters etc, so you don’t need to bring anything with you. Of course, if you’d like to bring your own please do.
