Join me for three hours dedicated to being a women.

I love to combine Yoga and Pilates because they represent everything needed to create a strong body and a strong mind.

During this workshop we will spend time working on our physical strength with a controlled strength focused class of pilates, before moving onto a yoga flow designed to enhance body awareness and flexibility, before ending with an extended guided breathing and relaxation.

We’ll move with strength, rest with intention and leave with inner clarity.

The studio is fully equipped with mats, blocks and bolsters etc, so you don’t need to bring anything with you. Of course, if you’d like to bring your own please do.
