Time to Breathe is a 4-week online guided breathing course, specially designed to help you reset, recharge, and find calm in the everyday.
Why Breathing?
Breathing is one of the most powerful tools we have to help us regulate how we think, feel, sleep and so much more.
Whether you want to reduce stress, improve focus, or sleep more peacefully, the way that you breathe can make all the difference.
This course is for anyone ready to explore how simple, practical breathing techniques can help you feel more in control, centered, and balanced.

4 weekly live sessions via zoom (Mondays at 7pm, beginning 6th January
Scientifically backed breathing exercises designed to fit into everyday life
Session recordings available for 7 days after each class
PDF journal pages to take notes during the session and help you to reflect afterwards.

My passion for breathwork comes from my Dad being diagnosed with a condition called IPF, it stands for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. It’s a chronic lung condition that causes the lungs to become stiff, and scarred until eventually they no longer have the ability to breathe and the body stops getting the oxygen it needs. Life expectancy of IPF is between 2-5 years.
It was after losing my Dad to this condition that I began my journey with Yoga, and the first time I was instructed in ways to breathe, until that point in my life, breathing was something that happened unconsciously to keep me alive.
Learning to observe and change my own breathing has been life changing, (sounds dramatic I know but it is transformative) to the point where I have embarked on years of training, researching, and learning more, practicing many different methods of breathing and breathwork.
There is so much information out there, some of it is conflicting, some of it is opinion, some of it is just a simple lack of critical thinking and challenging dated thinking.
That’s why I decided to create this course, we’ll begin with the basics of breathing, I’ll dispel some common breathing myths, (some might surprise you) and we’ll progressively work through some ways to breath that you can use to, quite literally change your own unique physiology.
Thats’s the other important part of this course, you will discover what works best for you, like everything else worth knowing, not all breathing is created equal and you will naturally favour some methods over others. Knowing this can transform the way you sleep, exercise and so much more.

FAQs
Do I need any prior experience with breathwork?
No prior experience is needed! This course is beginner-friendly, I will guide you progressively through each technique, explaining everything you need to know along the way. Each session will begin with a discussion of each practice and how to practice them safely with your own unique physiology.
What if I can’t make one of the sessions?
No problem! Each session will be recorded and made available to you for one week after the session, then you can catch-up in your own time.
How long is each session?
Each session will last for 45mins, I will allow for 10-15 mins at the end of each session for questions and discussion, but if you have somewhere to be you can leave at anytime and you will receive the full recording afterwords.
What support is included during the course?
For this first course, I am offering unlimited Whatsapp support between sessions, you can contact me with any questions, reflections, feedback on how your doing after each session. Breathing can affect us in many ways and I want you have somewhere to discuss any changes you may be experiencing.
Can I take part if I am pregnant?
Unfortunately not, there are many contraindications going on with pregnancy so a group online class like this isn’t the best way to begin breathing practices. I will be running more, so you can join when the baby arrives. In fact when you’re ready and told by a doctor you can begin, breathwork will be very beneficial in this new stage of your life.
